Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Lead Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the Team Lead to provide big-picture vision and tactical decision-making for our core case management system. This position focuses on developing a proprietary case tracking tool/portal to replace ServiceNow, offering enhanced customizability to meet our specific requirements. Key Responsibilities:  Collaborate with the Team Lead: Assist in disseminating the big-picture vision and making tactical decisions to guide the development process.  Develop Core Case Management System: Build a new user interface (UI) and supporting APIs for engineers to manage cases efficiently.  Ensure Data Storage: Support the storage of data, transitioning from ServiceNow to our proprietary system.  Front-End Development: Utilize ReactJS (version TBD) to create a responsive and user-friendly interface.  Back-End Development: Implement application code using NodeJS and Express to ensure robust and scalable backend services.  Database Management: Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases hosted in AWS, leveraging EKS for running services. Skills and Requirements Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a focus on both front-end and back-end development.  Proficiency in ReactJS, NodeJS, and Express.  Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and experience with AWS services, including EKS.  Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make tactical decisions.  Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
