About the Role
As a Lead Gen & ISR Team Lead, you will play a critical role in driving our outbound sales efforts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing lead generation strategies, managing relationships with demand generation partners, and leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to achieve ambitious sales targets. Additionally, you will ensure HubSpot is fully utilized to optimize our sales processes and collaborate closely with the B2B Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align lead generation with broader sales strategies.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies that align with our business objectives. Tool Management: Identify and implement lead generation tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of outbound efforts. Partner Management: Oversee relationships with external demand generation partners to ensure their activities support our strategic goals. Actively manage and compare cost per lead across partners to ensure the best ROI for each investment. HubSpot Management: Serve as the lead on HubSpot utilization for the Demand Gen and ISR team, ensuring that the CRM is configured and optimized to support outbound lead generation and ISR activities. Sequencing and Automation: In full coordination with the B2B Growth Manager, oversee the use of HubSpot sequences for outbound communication, ensuring leads are effectively nurtured through the sales funnel. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the ISR team, setting clear goals, providing regular coaching, and ensuring they meet or exceed performance targets. Training & Development: Collaborate with the CRM & Sales Enablement Manager to design and deliver training programs that enhance the ISR team's skills and knowledge. Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine ISR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Feedback Loop: Maintain a feedback loop between this team and the sales teams to continuously improve lead quality and conversion rates. KPIs: Monitor and optimize key performance indicators such as the number of outbound leads generated, lead quality score, and lead campaign ROI.
