Managing the budget and resources of the delivery, including allocating tasks to team members and ensuring that the project stays on track. Identifying and managing risks to the delivery, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues. Communicating with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and other stakeholders, to ensure that everyone is informed about the progress of the delivery. Tracking progress and making adjustments as needed to keep the delivery on track. Providing guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure that they have the skills and support they need to complete their tasks. Working with clients or other stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations. Skill and Experience 2+ years of experience in developing, deploying and fine-tuning GenAI models  3+ years of experience in text analytics, NLP Experience in building custom NLP, NER models from text data for identifying patterns & associated trends  Knowledge of embedding algorithms, BERT/transformer architecture  Hands-on experience in prompt engineering LLMs, SLMs  Knowledge of pre-trained LLMs on cloud platforms, Hugging Face Exposure to frameworks from LangChain Good to have done POCs/Pilots in agentic AI  Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically & creatively about complex business problems Good understanding of machine learning techniques  Strong Programming skills in languages such as Python, PySpark,   Knowledge of cloud AI/ML platforms of GCP & Azure like Vertex AI, ML Studio, AI Foundry  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly & persuasively communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences Strong communication skills Education Qualification Master’s/bachelor’s degree in engineering/management from premier institutes Professional certification in Advanced Analytics
