Lead Generation Specialist

Welcome Home!We’re more than Canada’s largest independent hardware and building supplies retailer—we’re part of communities across the nation. Generate Leads to Drive Digital SuccessAs the Specialist, Lead Generation, you will be responsible for executing and supporting lead generation tactics and activities to ensure business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Led by the Manager, Lead Generation, this opportunity will best suit a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.  Please note this is a 12-month term role.  Ready to make an impact? Here’s how:  Support the demand generation campaign calendar, working with marketing, merchandising, and eCommerce teams to create and deliver multi-channel programs that drive new revenue and accelerate sales pipeline. Monitor and analyze affiliate/SEM performance to measure effectiveness; identify and cultivate top performers and implement incentive programs to reward key partners. Create promotions and communications to affiliate and SEM programs.Collaborate with the internal teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate/SEM network.Work with partner agency and recommended Create A/B and multivariate testing programs to continually improve ad copy, creative and ROAS for SEM and affiliate campaigns; monitor industry changes to include in the test strategies.Create and update weekly and monthly performance scorecards that monitor campaigns and track traffic and conversion metrics to enable continuous improvement of our marketing efforts, including marketing caps calculation.Track and monitor performance marketplaces’ value proposition and establish corrective measures as needed. We’re looking for: College Diploma in Marketing or similar field. Google certification is considered an asset. Three to five years’ experience in supporting lead generation activities within a fast-paced environment.Solid operational and analytical marketing understanding along with proven track record with acquiring profitable customers through communication efforts in traditional and demand generation marketing.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Effective organizational, collaboration and problem-solving skills required.Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and Analytics platforms. Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and react quickly and positively to changing situations and deadlines. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
