You will be expected to research and develop an excellent understanding of the entire marketplace. You will be seen as an expert who can build a myriad of innovative sales and development strategies which will rival our competitors in the market. You will be required to generate highly creative sales methodologies to turn passive leads into active ones. You will report directly into the Head of Resource Solutions and partner with the Sales & Development department. **Responsibilities:** + Drive and cultivate a robust sales pipeline that aligns with the local revenue objectives of the resource solutions division. + Conduct thorough research on potential client organisations to identify sales targets. + Initiate direct phone outreach to connect with influential decision-makers. + Enhance phone outreach efforts with email campaigns and social media strategies to improve engagement rates. + Foster relationships with potential clients while pinpointing pertinent sales opportunities. + Act as a facilitator by organising meetings introducing specialised Resource Solutions team members to secure sales prospects. + Build strong connections with Sedgwick colleagues to gain insights into the business offerings and facilitate timely introductions. + Document essential sales insights and oversee outbound activities within the CRM platform. **The Requirements:** + Prior experience in a telephone sales position + Demonstrated capability and self-discipline to independently and efficiently build a substantial sales pipeline + Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all organizational levels + A proactive, motivated, and self-driven mindset + Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Outlook + Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics) is a plus + Eager to learn and grow professionally + Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while receiving support + Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy + Experience in the recruitment sector is an advantage **Competencies** : + Active listening + Product knowledge + Building relationships + Negotiating + Communication skills + Data analysis **What We Offer:** At Sedgwick we are proud of our team and want to make your journey with us as rewarding as possible.
