As a Lead HSE Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Providing general health & safety advice and support for multiple sites.

Advising functional managers regarding projects, processes, and procedures.

Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.

Participating or leading incident investigations as well as the development and assessment of corrective and preventative actions

Applying 5 Why and root cause analysis through application of BH 5 HSE Fundamentals.

Managing compliance tracking programs and record keeping systems.

Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor’s Degree in health, safety and environment from an accredited university or college

Have a minimum of 10 years of HSE experience in the Oil & Gas industry

Have a NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE accreditation

Have strong oral and written communication skills

Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as the ability to influence others and lead small teams

Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously, with proven analytical and organizational capability
