Heat Treat Departmental Lead  $18-$26/hr. DOE

AM Shift: Mon-Thurs 7:30a-4:30p; Fri 7:30a-11:30a

PM Shift: Mon-Thurs 4:30p-2:30a with a $2.00 Shift Premium

 

Are you a positive-minded, detail-oriented Leader who is looking for an exciting new job opportunity? If so, this position is for you!! A local manufacturing facility is looking for a Heat Treat Lead to join their team. As a Heat Treat Lead, you will manage all areas of the Heat Treat Department.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and management of heat treat operations to assure quality, safety, training, and efficiency requirements are met. Responsible for daily scheduling and customer communications. Provide new part quotes, pricing, and reviews. Contribute to the overall support and success of the team. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent; 1-3 months related experience and/or training. Ability to read and interpret documents and speak effectively. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimals with or without a calculator. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions. Must be able to hear, stand for extended periods, walk, reach, and lift up to 80lbs.
