Position in this function provides skilled nursing care in a home care environment. Assess, plan, and document the homecare nursing process; educate and provide instruction to patients and their family. Assistance in the management of home care site operations.
This is a Hybrid position that blends some travel and remote work in the South Florida geographic area.
Supervisory Responsibility:
Home health administrator responsibilities as assigned Assisting in the management of the clinical and administrative staffing in the local home care site Special project management as assigned Additional responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications:
Current unrestricted nursing license (RN) for state of residence 1+ years of obstetrical nursing experience 12 months of Charge Nurse Hospital Experience and/or Clinical Management/Leadership experience Technology knowledge to include desktop/laptop computer proficiency; use of analytical software, Microsoft Office, Outlook (internet and email). Attend in-services on applicable technology enhancements. Proven ability to maintain competency on all services provided according to policy Proven exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) Proven skills to deal with patient/family conflict resolution and grievances Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with disabilities Additional state required qualifications may apply

If the hired individual resides in Florida (office based or telecommuting) this position requires the AHCA Level II background check (fingerprinting) by the State of Florida for all clinicians that have direct face to face contact with members OR employees who will have access to confidential patient data and will require renewal every five years.
