Key Essential Functions and Accountabilities of the Job
Responsible for promoting, encouraging, and displaying the highest level of customer service, professional behavior and courtesy to patients and staff.
Oversight of all aspects of operation of the Patient Housing Facility that include (but are not limited to): reservation management, patient transportation to/from the facility, office/facility supply management, policy/procedure review/revision, etc.
Responsible for patient satisfaction surveys and ensuring each guest is offered an opportunity to complete a survey.
Provide temporary supervision, training, oversight and support to assigned staff.
Completes necessary administrative duties (i.e. timecard approval, ordering supplies, and participating in performance evaluations)
Notifies manager of any servicing the facility may require. Lead then schedules service and adjusts guest reservations and/or staff schedules to accommodate.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Details:
Education, Certifications, and Licenses Required
High School Diploma or GED
Unrestricted, current Alaska driver’s license
Experience Required
One year experience as lead in customer service-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrate leadership and team development skills.
Knowledge and demonstrated use of customer service principles.
Knowledge of local road system(s)
Effective oral and written communication skills
Operating a computer, utilizing a variety of software applications
Multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Respond quickly in urgent situations with attention to detail
Problem solve and use conflict resolution skills
