Job Description:
Provide hospitality and event coordination or other services defined or outlined in Epiq's service agreement with client. Provide support for miscellaneous requests and flex services with a "can do" attitude and philosophy. Accurately communicate with client staff and Epiq team members regarding commitments, deadlines, challenges, requests, etc.
Responsibilities:
Provide event planning, hospitality or other services defined or outlined in Epiq’s service agreement with client.Manage all onsite and offsite specialty events and monthly social gatherings.Apply necessary effort and QC approach to deliver “Best-in-class” work and service.Coordinate additional assistance with Hospitality Specialists on team.Ensure customers request to set-up meeting rooms in a timely matter in accordance with Epiq's standards and instructions given by the client.Perform walk through of various floors to inspect and ensure that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for the next event.Manage the cleaning, dusting and other incidental tasks as needed to ensure event areas are client ready.Work directly with building management, events vendors, and any third-party specialty service providers to coordinate, set-up, staff, break-down, clean and set room to standard configuration as per an agreed upon written Scope of Work.Develop Scope, budget, and event timelines for Firm approval.Accurately communicate with client staff and Epiq team members regarding commitments, deadlines, challenges, requests, etc.Invest proper effort and QC approach to deliver highest quality work and service.Deliver on service commitments in a timely and accurate manner.Excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, ability to multi- task, and project manage events through all phases of delivery.Monitor and listen to customers’ needs and provide consulting to ensure events meet the high standards defined by the Firm.Ensure all client needs and requests are met and accurately delivered in a timely manner.Requirements:
High school Diploma or Equivalent requiredMinimum of 3–5-year professional hospitality level event experiencePrevious experience in corporate Food and Beverage services preferred.Be personable, articulate, knowledgeable and professional in presenting oneself in a professional setting.High level of computer proficiencyExcellent organizational skillsStrong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.The Compensation range for this role is $24.08 to 28.89 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
