Leading and managing HVAC projects within the aviation industry, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations Providing technical expertise and guidance for HVAC system design, installation,T&C,operation,troubleshooting and maintenance Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative HVAC solutions Supervising and mentoring HVAC technicians and contractors to ensure high-quality workmanship and safety standards Conducting regular inspections and assessments of HVAC systems to identify and address potential issues Preparing project budgets, schedules, and reports, and effectively communicating project status to stakeholders Staying updated with the latest advancements in HVAC technology and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency Ensuring adherence to environmental and sustainability requirements in HVAC operations Monitor HVAC systems for energy efficiency and take actions to reduce energy consumption Implement energy saving initiatives,such optimizing temperature settings or upgrade to more efficient equipment without compromising passenger comfort Analyzing data from  BMS to identify opportunities for performance improvement Lead shall inspect and audit all engineering facilities on regular basis and shall ensure that PMs are planned and carried out timely for all Assets. Conduct regular inspection of water balancing and air balancing

 

Experience 15-20 years of experience in HVAC operations and maintenance management Demonstrated track record of successful project execution in HVAC  system in aviation industry Experience in leading and mentoring a team of HVAC professionals

 

Education Qualification Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Refrigeration and Airconditioning or a related field
