The Lead HVAC Mechanic will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of all types of HVAC equipment at a journeyman level of service. This position will be joining the local union in Austin, Texas paying a flat rate of $42.76/hour.

Performs preventative maintenance functions which include, but are not limited to: changing filters; cleaning cooling towers, cleaning heating and cooling coils, etc.
Performs a wide variety of building maintenance tasks, which must be performed to proficiency including, but not limited to adjustments and repairs to HVAC and Electrical systems.
