Lead I - Business Analysis

The ideal candidate should be an expert in leading projects in the digital space using new and emerging technologies. The candidate should have experience in defining overall business requirements for enterprise and customer platforms, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with Business Leads/SMEs. This role supports and leads the implementation of new digital platforms and promotes a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Use analytical skills and judgment to identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex problems. Spearhead meetings with business stakeholders and technical teams. Act as the liaison between business and the technical team. Be the face of the team to the customer and act as an SME for all business requirements. Contribute to sprint planning and estimation by highlighting dependencies, constraints, and impact from a business standpoint. Manage and prioritize the product backlog. Analyze business needs and solutions, devise strategies, and facilitate stakeholder collaboration. Validate and verify information to identify solution options that meet business needs. Align the designed and delivered solutions with stakeholder needs. Establish and implement effective requirement creation and management practices. Champion requirements elicitation using techniques like interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints. Define software quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other non-functional requirements. Create and own end-to-end traceability of requirements. Participate in defect triages and assist in determining the priority of defects for closure. Prepare release notes in collaboration with the team. Develop training materials and user manuals. Support User Acceptance Tests. Work with large or multiple teams that span functions, issues, locations, and time zones to coordinate roles, responsibilities, and interdependencies of all team members. Assist in driving transformational programs for the organization/customer’s enterprise. Conduct and facilitate knowledge sharing and learning sessions across the team. Conduct demos and arrange for the demos.
