Role Proficiency:
Under the supervision of a Senior Lead analyze and develop applications in assigned area of responsibility on ERP/CRM systems and design solutions.

About the Role The Workday Security will be our "go to" AMS/Implementation lead for all things Workday. You will be involved in all phases of Implementation, AMS Support and Delivery across UST customers and responsible for driving the engagement. The ideal candidate should be workday certified and have a deep understanding of Workday security concepts, hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing security models, and the ability to engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions. This role involves leading security design, configuration, and implementation activities while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The Opportunity and Responsibilities: • Proven expertise in designing and configuring Workday security frameworks for global clients. • Conduct Workday security assessments, identify gaps, and implement optimization strategies. • Lead the design and implementation of Workday security models, including domain and business process security policies. • Collaborate with clients to understand security requirements, provide tailored solutions to meet business needs. • Handson experience in Intersection and Segment based security group setup. (Multiple scenarios) • Manage security roles, groups, and permissions, ensuring they align with organizational policies. • Perform security configuration reviews, testing, and validations during implementation and post-go-live phases. • Train and guide client teams on Workday security best practices and operational processes. • Provide expertise in Workday security integrations with external systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance. • Document and maintain security policies, procedures, and configurations. • Stay updated on Workday updates/releases and evaluate their impact on security configurations. • Participate in project planning, status updates, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of security-related milestones. • Client-facing experience with a demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders and deliver solutions effectively. • Work effectively with team members to support client satisfaction and success • Work with internal UST product teams to leverage internal capabilities and accelerators What you need: • 6+ years of hand-on Workday with strong understanding of Workday security concepts, including access and data security, security groups, and permissions. • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective security configurations. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, SOX, etc. • Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams Technical Skills • Workday experience HCM or related modules are highly desirable. • Experience with Workday reporting, auditing tools and MS excel. • Experience with Workday’s custom reports and calculated fields. • Familiarity with Workday HCM or other functional modules.
