The Opportunity:

This position is within the semiconductor process diagnostics and control group, which deals with advanced imaging together with cutting edge image processing algorithms in order to detect and dispose nanometer size defects. Application qualification assurance (QA) engineers are supposed to develop deep understanding of product and its usage at leading-edge chip manufacturing customers, by working in close collaboration with in-house application experts. They are expected to use this understanding of product in defining and implementing test cases to ensure product quality.

 

 

The Opportunity:

• Estimating, prioritizing, planning and execute quality testing activities.

• Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.

• Designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions.

• Become feature/module owners and develop Best Known Methods (BKMs) for implementation in maximizing performance of products

• Design, develop and execute automation tests as a part of quality certifications and new content testing

• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

 

 

What are we looking for:

• Basic fundamentals of SEM imaging and electron-matter interaction

• Experience in quality assurance and understanding of significance of quality assurance of products • Detail oriented with strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills

• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes

• Experience in any scripting language or Java

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Able to communicate with international teams and interfaces outside of local site Additional preferred skill sets

• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools

• Experience of working in an Agile/Scrum development process

• Work Experience with Jira, Zephyr

• Hands on experience with JSystem, Selenium, Confluence

• Experience or understanding of semiconductor domain – process steps, market, customers

 

Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Materials Science Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
