Job Description

We are looking for an experienced L2 Network and Security Engineer skilled in managing and troubleshooting network and security devices, including Wi-Fi access points, switches, routers, and firewalls. The role requires expertise in technologies from Arista, Juniper, and Palo Alto (SD-WAN) to ensure seamless network operations, security compliance, and reliable infrastructure

Experience:

Minimum of 3+ years in network and security device management Key Responsibilities
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network devices, including Wi-Fi access points, switches, routers, and firewalls from Arista, Juniper, and Palo Alto (SD-WAN).
• Resolve connectivity issues and ensure optimal performance of SD-WAN solutions.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure reliability and security.
• Provide Level 2 support for network-related incidents, change requests, and configurations.
• Collaborate with ISPs and vendors for issue resolution and technical escalations.
• Ensure security compliance and enforce policies on firewalls and other network devices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, changes, and standard operating procedures.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in configuring and managing Arista, Juniper, and Palo Alto SD-WAN solutions. Strong understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF) and best security practices.

Certifications:

CCNA certification is mandatory. Additional certifications (e.g., CCNP, Palo Alto certifications) are highly preferred.
