Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the post-silicon validation team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their validation requirements, providing project updates, and addressing any concerns or issues. • Oversee the execution of validation tests, ensuring adherence to project test plans and quality standards. • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in post-silicon validation to continuously enhance team capabilities and processes. • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the validation team. • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of validation projects for clients. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and team performance. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. • At-least 5 years of experience in post-silicon validation, with a strong background in project management and semiconductor testing. • Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams, with a track record of delivering successful validation projects. • Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a systematic manner. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. • Demonstrated ability to stay updated on industry trends and apply new technologies and best practices to improve validation processes.
