Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer with a strong background in Financial Services Operations (FSO) to support and enhance our finance-related processes. This role will involve building and customizing applications, developing a finance portal, and providing cross-module support to optimize platform functionality and user experience.

Must-Have Skills:

5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on Financial Services Operations (FSO). Proficiency in FSO module configuration, finance portal development, and custom application implementation. Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting and API integrations. Proven problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues and optimizing workflows. Excellent communication and documentation skills to collaborate effectively with finance, IT, and business stakeholders.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management Professional (ITSM Pro), Security Operations, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Finance Services Operations (FSO), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Discovery. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD). Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, or other core ServiceNow modules. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in a technology environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Financial Services Operations (FSO) Development: Design and implement solutions within the FSO module, focusing on financial workflows, regulatory compliance, and process automation. Finance Portal Development: Develop, configure, and optimize a user-centric finance portal that enhances accessibility to financial services and information. Custom Applications: Build and implement custom applications to meet specific financial business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational standards. Cross-Module Support: Provide development and support across multiple ServiceNow modules, ensuring seamless functionality, performance optimization, and user satisfaction. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for enhancement within financial processes and implement improvements to drive efficiency and reduce manual effort. Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with finance and IT teams to understand requirements, document processes, and ensure high-quality solution delivery.
