Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Duck Creek Claim Center Integration Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work with our product engineering and integration teams to design and develop solutions that enable seamless integrations within the Duck Creek ClaimCenter platform. You will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in ClaimCenter, APIs, and integration tools to build and optimize end-to-end solutions in the insurance domain. The role requires a strong understanding of insurance claim processes, technical proficiency, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Development: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Duck Creek ClaimCenter and external systems using industry-standard tools and methodologies. API Management: Leverage REST and SOAP APIs to integrate ClaimCenter with other platforms such as external claims management systems, third-party applications, and internal databases. Customization: Customize Duck Creek ClaimCenter workflows, claim processes, and user interfaces to meet business requirements and enhance user experience. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide support during the testing, deployment, and production phases of integrations and work closely with functional teams to address issues. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration flows, API specifications, and system design for reference and future development. Collaboration: Work closely with the business, QA, and other technical teams to ensure that integrations are executed accurately and efficiently. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization within the integration framework. Compliance: Ensure all integrations meet compliance and security standards, particularly around data privacy and regulatory requirements. End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Manage integration projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet quality, time, and budget goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 4+ years of experience in software development and integration, specifically with Duck Creek ClaimCenter. Integration Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in integrating Duck Creek ClaimCenter with third-party systems using SOAP/REST APIs, Web Services, and XML/JSON. ClaimCenter Customization: Experience in customizing Duck Creek ClaimCenter workflows, configuration, and business rules to meet specific insurance business needs. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Duck Creek platform, ClaimCenter, and related tools. Strong knowledge of API integrations and related technologies. Familiarity with SQL and database management for querying and data retrieval. Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages such as Java, J2EE, or other relevant programming languages for integration purposes. Cloud Integration: Experience integrating ClaimCenter with cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve integration and production issues effectively. Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems like Git for code management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications in Duck Creek, Insurance domain, or integration-related technologies is a plus. Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Prior exposure to claims processing or insurance workflows is a strong advantage.
