Job Description: Senior Python Developer

Responsibilities: Work with the team to understand requirements and design and develop algorithms & engine rules using Python. Utilize BigQuery as the backend, leveraging both generic SQL/DB entities and BQ-specific operations. Write Bash/PowerShell scripts. Develop APIs using the Flask framework and implement data ingestion pipelines to handle large volumes of data from various upstream sources. Implement unit tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability. Analyze system issues and debug/track/resolve them effectively. Experience Needed: 7+ years of experience writing, debugging, and troubleshooting code in mainstream Python. 7+ years of experience in writing PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, and triggers. 5+ years of experience in developing applications using web frameworks such as Flask. 5+ years of experience deploying and releasing software using Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines. 3+ years of experience in data handling, management, and ETL processes. 3+ years of experience with data extraction using API calls. 1+ year of experience with big data processing solutions using BigQuery, PubSub, GCS, and others. Proficiency in using source code control management systems like GitHub. Any experience with Angular is an added advantage. Any experience with Looker Studio is an added advantage.
