Job Description Insight Global's client in McKinney, TX is looking for an IAM Engineer to sit onsite 4-5 days a week to assist in an large scale Active Directory clean up. There are currently 3 active AD domains and they will be shutting 2 down and consolidating into 1 so clean up will be needed. This resource needs to be a good communicator with the ability to remediate problems independently from start to finish. Skills and Requirements -7+ years of experience in IAM engineering, with expertise in Active Directory, Entra ID, MFA, SSO, and SailPoint or similar IGA tools. -Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, and privileged access management (PAM). -Proficiency in IAM tools like Active Directory, SSO, PIM, MFA, RBAC, and system integrations using APIs. -Experience with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Entra ID, and integration with enterprise applications. -Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell) to streamline IAM processes. -Excellent communication skills, able to present complex IAM concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. -Proficiency with Office 365/M365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Ability to work independently and within a team, with a commitment to continuous learning. -Experience in managing team members, ensuring high team performance -Governance experience -Azure AD null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
