Job Summary:

We are  looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and work with one of the leading financial services organizations in the US. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java-based web technologies and collaboration platforms, along with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will collaborate with both domain and technical experts, help manage customer requirements, and ensure smooth execution of projects while maintaining agile practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

Business Analysis:

6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a proven track record in collaborating with customers and managing requirements. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and values. Experience in requirement gathering, planning, and tracking project progress in collaboration with development teams.

Programming Languages:

Solid understanding of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C#) with the ability to communicate effectively with development teams about technical requirements. Advanced knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Agile & PLM Tools:

Proficiency in using agile PLM tools like JIRA for project tracking and sprint management. Good understanding of Git for version control and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

Collaboration Platforms:

Familiarity with AODocs collaboration platform (preferred). Experience with cloud technologies and platforms is a plus.

Communication & Leadership:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders. Strong leadership and facilitation skills with experience in conflict resolution and fostering continuous improvement.
