We are seeking a Workday UK Payroll Consultant to support and lead global Workday payroll projects in a project or AMS/in-production perspective. Key Responsibilities Hands-on experience in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design phases through testing and deployment for Workday Payroll modules (UK focus, with US payroll expertise highly desirable) Effectively owns/drives in-scope Workday payroll configuration, working closely with functional leads and EM/PM Listens to client request, assesses actual client need, provides subjective matter expertise, proposes alternatives, and implements solutions. Significantly contributes to the development of internal resources via mentoring, coaching, and directing work. Keep up to date with payroll related updates and policy changes, while building the UST brand through participating in Workday payroll product groups/chats Knowledge, Education, Skills & Technical Proficiencies 3+ years relevant experience with UK Workday Payroll. US payroll experience would also be highly desirable. Ideally certified in Workday UK Payroll, with ability and interest to certify in other Workday payroll regions (e.g., US, France, or Australia). As a certified partner, UST will invest in this certification. Previous consulting experience preferred either as an internal consultant or with a consulting / software organization. Able to prioritize and organize increasingly complex work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards. Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Experience with Launch deployment methodology (preferred, not required)
