SCM Senior Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SCM Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules. The ideal candidate will provide support, manage integrations, and lead solution discussions for key SCM processes, ensuring efficient system functionality and issue resolution.

Role Proficiency:
Provide expert support and solutions for Oracle Fusion SCM modules, ensuring efficient integration, process improvement, and troubleshooting for various supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Order Management, Global Order Processing, Inventory, Planning, Product Hub, and Procurement). Support day-to-day issues related to Oracle Fusion SCM and REST API integrations with external systems. Lead solution discussions with business and technical architects on Oracle Fusion SCM modules and related integrations. Analyze business requirements, identify issues, and propose solutions by working with customer stakeholders, business analysts, technical architects, and product owners. Support 24X7 Sev1 support tickets in coordination with Oracle for troubleshooting and resolution. Assist with the configuration of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including OTBI reports. Manage users and collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes. Ensure the timely resolution of issues while adhering to SLAs and metrics. Present business impact and mitigation plans for major support issues.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM, with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion architecture. Prior Oracle Fusion SCM Application Support experience, both functional and technical. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules: Order Management, Global Order Promising, Procurement, Inventory, Distributed Order Orchestration, and Planning. Strong understanding of SCM process flows, configuration, and integration methods (including REST API). Proven experience in managing support teams, adhering to ticket processes, SLAs, and metrics. Solid experience with Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI report configuration. Ability to handle complex issues and provide functional and technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with FBDI loads and Oracle Fusion integration methods. Prior involvement in Oracle Fusion SCM implementation. Experience with 24X7 support ticketing and managing critical support issues. Ability to interact with Oracle to resolve major technical issues.

Integration: Proficient in REST API integrations and FBDI loads in Oracle Fusion. Reporting: Expertise in Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI reports. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Process & Tools: Familiar with ticket processes, SLA adherence, and metrics tracking. Communication: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
