GlobalView Lead Consultant Spain
Job Description
As a member of ADP’s GlobalView Project Services team, you are responsible for consulting with clients on their requirements, capture the requirements and ultimately implement these changes. The country environment for this role is Spain. The work will be done in project mode, where the Lead Consultant will work closely together with the responsible Project Manager.
Analysis & Consultation
Perform blueprinting workshops to gather information on the client’s requirements Design and document the client’s solution including their business requirements and (if applicable) any program specifications Implement the client’s solution using ADP’s Implementation Methodology and the ADP GlobalView product Possess SAP Payroll Configuration skills Maintain up to date knowledge of the GlobalView/SAP Products (SAP related news and any developments to the product)Integration & Testing
Liaise with clients throughout the data cleansing, mapping and conversion phase and provide any assistance required including reconciliation Perform Unit testing and (if required) User Acceptance testing Perform Quality checks on blueprints and configurationProject Planning/Management Activities
Liaise with the ADP Project Manager assigned to the project and Line Manager, providing regular status updates Knowledge sharing with other members of the team Liaise with internal groups including Basis, Client Services, Application Support, Project Management and Product Management to ensure that client’s receive the highest levels of client service Works in close relationship with Implementation Consultant, off/near shore teamKnowledge & Experience Required:
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English and Spanish Good knowledge of SAP Payroll solution At least 3 years of experience as a consultant on SAP HR Polish payroll Country legislative knowledge in Spanish Payroll Ability to prioritize tasks and time management skills, ability to work against agreed timelines as agreed with Senior lead consultant/Project ManagerNote: this role can either be in Prague or in Barcelona.
