Work you’ll do
As a Business Relationships Lead Analyst supporting the Deloitte Independence Conflicts Network (ICN) you'll be responsible for:
Using your analytical, research, and investigative skills to critically review business relationship submissions in the Third Party Risk Management Gateway, the system used to clear potential business relationships within specified time framesPerforming follow ups with third parties and internal teams for additional informationDocumenting, reviewing, and performing complex analyses and conclusions regarding potential business relationshipsConsulting with the ICN leaders, professionals, and various Risk & Brand Protection compliance groups (Anti-Corruption, Cyber Security, CoRe Procurement, etc.) along with the Audit, Consulting, Advisory, and the other Deloitte entities regarding potential business relationship reviewsCreating and presenting training sessions to internal groups related to use of our third-party risk management systemAnswering questions related to how to use/navigate through the business relationship clearance process and toolsCommunicating business relationship clearance status updatesMonitoring, fostering, and instituting data quality in the process and toolsIdentifying potential enhancements to the existing business relationship clearance process and toolsWorking with technology development on these enhancements and performing user acceptance testingTaking a lead role in completing independence processes and assigned projectsPerforming secondary reviews of certain business relationship records and providing feedback/coachingMentoring and training members of the Business Relationships teamThe successful candidate will possess:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,300-$155,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
