Open to remote work except in South Dakota, Vermont and West Virginia.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $119,400.00 in our lowest geographic market to $267,500.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will be reporting to the Director of Governance Operations based out of Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, OR, and will work cross-functionally within the Corporate Information Security (CIS) teams and across Nike.  You will regularly meet with Nike business and technology teams.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Lead Information Security Governance Analyst. This role on the Governance Operations team will include leveraging knowledge of security policies, standards, controls, and industry best practices to consult with partners across all of Nike Inc. The individual will play a critical role in ensuring that information security policies and standards are clearly defined and communicated to Nike employees while measuring maturity of adherence to these policies and standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field and minimum of 7 years relevant IT experienceCertifications such as CISA, CRISC, and CISSP preferredExperience and working knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)Experience and working knowledge of Center for Information Security  (CIS) hardening standardsExperience in a variety of information technology disciplines strongly desiredFormer system administration experience, IT audit, or risk advisory experience desiredExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detailDemonstrated ability to think logically and strategically about technical solutions that are efficient, scalable, and re-usableExcellent collaboration skills and a drive to work as part of a cohesive team and partner to other teams within Nike, Inc. both at WHQ and globallyDemonstrated ability to successfully navigate a highly-matrixed, ambiguous environmentExceptional communication skills, including the ability to gather relevant data and information, actively listen, verbalize ideas effectively, successfully negotiate tense situations, and manage and resolve conflictDemonstrated expertise of building a consensus across business and technology partnersPassion for the Nike brand and for an innovative, Just Do It work environment

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

If this is you, you’ll be working with the Governance team and performing these key tasks:

Own and execute all processes associated with the review of information security policies, standards, and secure configurationsCollaborate with training and awareness functions to ensure that information security content is in aligned to the Nike Information Security ProgramPartner with subject matter experts (SMEs), Legal, and Privacy stakeholders to ensure that Nike’s body of policies and standards remains in alignment with industry trends and company risk appetiteReport to senior leadership changes to maturity trends, identifying areas which may need additional investment or prioritization for the futureCollaborate with SMEs and other stakeholders to ensure appropriate and timely governance of emerging technologies, utilizing a growth mindset and an understanding that traditional approaches may not be applicable in these casesAbility to operate independently and show measurable progress dailyStay current on information technologies, trends, standards and best practicesAbility to obtain a deep level of technical and process knowledge across multiple security and IT domains in a short amount of time
