As an Email Platform Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the corporate sector, you will be a technical design authority delivering Email products services and integrations to our workforce. Working with other engineering & architecture groups across the wider technology organization you will deliver robust and secure Email platform, which can operate at scale.

Job responsibilities

 

Deliver technology service, automation, and platform strategy, advancing the business and technology products, roadmaps and disciplines. Articulate to more experienced management a technical strategy in clear, concise, understandable terms. Demonstrate ability to conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget. Executes creative solutions for the design, development, and technical troubleshooting for problems of moderate complexity contribute to development and implementation of technology, strategy, and policy to drive business value enabled by expert knowledge of enterprise technology architecture principles and software development practices and tools. leverage analytics, usage patterns and telemetry to understand, troubleshoot and resolve issues and build proactive measures to mitigate future issues. Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on enterprise level deployments of Exchange 2013-2019 plus Exchange Online Hybrid deployments and 5+ years applied experience Demonstrate ability to conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget. Experience in M365 tenant migrations at an enterprise scale Experience in automating administrative tasks using PowerShell or other scripting languages. Have a track record of delivering automation for repetitive tasks. Extensive knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, and managing identity in a hybrid environment. Detailed knowledge of Email Security and Hygiene. Experience in Technical writing of Engineering documentation. Skills such as scripting, automation, and SMTP (Linux, Send Mail, Postfix) are also desirable.
