Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead - Inside Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on new business development within the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and channel partner management. This role involves hunting for new business opportunities among companies with fewer than 500 employees and collaborating with established channel partners in a co-sell motion.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development: Identify and engage with potential SMB clients (companies with <500 employees) across the LATAM region to generate new business opportunities.
Channel Partner Collaboration: Work closely with existing channel partners to drive joint sales efforts, including co-selling and coordinating on lead generation activities.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring alignment with company sales strategies and goals.
Field Marketing Events: Participate in field marketing events, partner-driven activities, and conferences to generate new opportunities and build relationships with SMB prospects.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in SaaS sales or channel partnership roles, preferably within the LATAM region.
Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English is mandatory.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of the SMB market dynamics in LATAM.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Additional InformationThis role is based in the São Paulo Area, and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a target bonus.
Compensation Package
$161,500-$265,420 Brazilian Real Base Salary + Variable Compensation (where applicable)
