SUMMARY

Leads a team of Installers, directing the installation of various services or products. Provides direct leadership for the assembly of equipment such as computers, cable or internet networks, signs, and alarm systems.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides guidance for the placement and set-up of equipment in designated locations in accordance with (IAW) stipulated specifications, environmental features, and client requests. Interprets all pertinent instructions and scopes installation areas before starting installation and trains installers, as needed, IAW guidance. Applies extensive knowledge of the product and assists in building structures for various job sites. Leads installers in the loading and unloading of materials and assembly of various products such as service equipment. Assembles and installs workstation products according to instructions at various customer locations and provides troubleshooting services. Performs refitting and testing of devices and reviews their functionality. Furnishes maintenance-related advice and maintains familiarity with prevailing building and safety stipulations. Maintains regular and punctual attendance. Performs other duties as assigned.
