Shift: Monday - Friday / 1st Shift - 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Pay Range: $20 - $24 Hourly Starting Wage (Growth Opportunities Available)
Job Purpose:Currently seeking a reliable and skilled Lead Installer to join our team in providing custom garage storage solutions and home organization systems. We specialize in premium garage cabinetry, closet organizers, epoxy flooring, and custom storage solutions for both homes and businesses.The ideal candidate will have a strong back ground in construction, installation, and carpentry, with a passion for leading a team of installers. In this role, you will ensure our installations meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and efficiency. As a Lead Installer, you will be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth execution of every project.Key Responsibilities:Lead Installations: Oversee and execute the installation of custom garage and closet systems, including cabinetry, shelving, storage solutions, and epoxy flooring. Ensure all installations meet company quality standards.Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of installers. Provide training, mentorship, and hands-on guidance to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and efficient project completion.Client Communication: Interact with clients on-site to address questions, concerns, and specific needs. Ensure all installations meet customer expectations and are completed on time.Project Management: Work closely with the project manager to ensure installations are completed according to the project schedule, within budget, and to specifications.Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any installation challenges or obstacles. Work proactively to troubleshoot issues and provide practical solutions to ensure timely project completion.Qualifications/Requirements:Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in installation, carpentry, or construction.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of installation techniques, carpentry, measuring, and cutting. The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00
