**Job Title: Lead Installer** **Job Description** We are seeking a Lead Installer to join and develop our installation team of four people. The successful candidate will primarily work in-house to handle scheduling and training for the high-level, custom installation of signs. Occasionally, travel will be required to oversee subcontractors installing our products out of state. Currently, 20% of installations are done by our team, while 80% are outsourced. We are looking for a leader to replace the current lead. **Responsibilities** + Lead and develop the installation team + Handle scheduling for installation projects + Train team members on custom sign installation + Oversee high-level custom installations of signs + Travel occasionally to supervise subcontractors out of state + Ensure quality and standards are maintained in all installations **Essential Skills** + Previous leadership experience in an installation position + Expertise in installation, scheduling, and coordination + Knowledge of electrical wiring and signage installation + Strong skills in carpentry and construction + Proven ability to train and develop installers **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience as a lead installer + Specific experience in the installation of signs **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values team collaboration and offers a clean, well-lit working environment.
