Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Installer to join and develop our installation team of four people. The successful candidate will primarily work in-house to handle scheduling and training for the high-level, custom installation of signs. Occasionally, travel will be required to oversee subcontractors installing our products out of state. Currently, 20% of installations are done by our team, while 80% are outsourced. We are looking for a leader to replace the current lead.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $79040.00/yr.
Will receive internal benefits upon hire. 401k matching, dental, vision, health, PTO. Ability for pay raises
