Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrated proficiency in the use of current technology and computers to include basic office machinery, Microsoft Office applications, adobe, e-mail accounts, the Internet, and US Army Blackboard. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills that include the ability to clearly articulate the policies and procedures of the institution. Possess excellent organizational skills to coordinate effectively, prioritize, work with a high degree of accuracy, monitor and track progress toward goals. Ability to build relationships to establish and maintain teamwork, resolve problems, mediate, and promote productivity and effectiveness internally and externally. Ability to plan and identify strategies to move the department or organization forward, set goals, create and implement action plans, and evaluate processes and results. Position Information Position Title Lead Instructor Sam-31 Course- Europe-Restricted to current CTC Employees Department Europe Training Programs Campus Europe Campus Location Europe Campus FLSA Exempt Full Time/Part Time Full Time Summary of Position Lead Instructors are responsible for overall management and coordination for delivery of services necessary to accomplish instructional activates under their contract(s) and serve as the point of contact for the Course Manager/Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR). They will also be responsible for implementing course instruction according to the standards established by CATC and CTC. The instruction will be consistent with the provisions of the contract and the CATC POI. Minimum Required Education High School Graduate or equivalent required. Minimum Required Experience Employed as a certified SAM-31 instructor. Have at least two years of instructional experience in a formal setting.
