**Job Title: Lead Inventory Clerk** **Job Description** Maintains the Inventory Control System and facilitates the addition of new items to the system. Acts as a liaison between the Operating Room and Materials Service. **Responsibilities** + Maintains the Inventory Control System. + Facilitates new items being added to the system. + Acts as a liaison between the Operating Room and Materials Service. + Keeps the Materials Manager informed and handles routine problems, complaints, and questions. + Picks goods from indicated locations and delivers them to designated areas. + Places goods accurately in bins, drawers, and racks, identifying parts and stored locations. + Receives deliveries as they arrive at the facility loading dock. + Breaks down packages and stages goods in designated areas for put-away and internal distribution. + Disposes of packing materials, boxes, etc. in designated areas. **Essential Skills** + Inventory management + Healthcare experience + Supervisory skills + 3 – 5 years experience with inventory and supply chain in a hospital or related medical services setting + Knowledge and working experience with Medical Terminology + Experience with Excel, preferably ERGs + Experience as a lead and supervising a team + Inventory control + Shipping and receiving + Material handling + Warehouse inventory + Supply chain + Production + Operating room management system **Why Work Here?** This healthcare facility provides a range of health services and offers a dynamic work environment.
