Responsibilities: Lead Cybersecurity Initiatives and Cloud Transition: Evaluate and implement new security software, and drive the organization's move to cloud-based solutions (SharePoint, O365, OneDrive).Drive Process Automation and Efficiency: Develop and implement Power Automate workflows to automate repetitive tasks, significantly improving internal efficiency.Manage and Maintain Critical IT Infrastructure: Oversee server and network administration, including hardware and software maintenance, backups, and recovery, ensuring system stability and security.Provide Expert Technical Support and Problem Resolution: Manage the help desk, respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure seamless operation of hardware and software for a large user base.Develop and Analyze Data-Driven Reports: Create and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL and related tools to provide insights for KPI benchmarking and process improvements.Serve as a Key Member of the IT Leadership Team: Act as the IT Director's right hand, providing mentorship, contributing to strategic planning, and managing a high volume of projects in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications and Requirements: 5+ years of proven experience in IT administration, with a strong understanding of server and network management.Demonstrated expertise in SQL, server administration (Windows, VMware), network administration, and advanced O365 administration.Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, with the ability to evaluate and implement security measures. Ability to effectively troubleshoot complex technical issues, communicate technical information to diverse audiences, and collaborate effectively within a team.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities, and provide timely support in a high-pressure setting.Proficiency in using automation tools (Power Automate preferred) and data reporting tools (SQL, SSRS) to improve efficiency and generate actionable insights, is a plus.
