Key Responsibilities

Provide End-to-end Supply Chain solutions (People, Process and Technology) for 3PL and Specialty Business areas.Regularly updates Technology Roadmap that supports both business and IT initiatives while optimizing Total Cost of Ownership.Advance Technology at Distribution Centers by driving proposals, Proof of Concepts and Implementation of Automation Technologies and Digitalization.Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers and Project Managers/Scrum Masters in both project / SAFE PI Planning and as well in the successful implementation of designed solutions as well as in reviewing design for small enhancements.Collaborates with Enterprise Architects to understand and support corporate strategy as well as to ensure end-to-end solutions are provided in conjunction with other IT areas.

Typically requires 12+ years of relevant experience.

Critical Skills

12+ years of Experience Designing and Implementing solutions for Supply Chain, mainly in the logistics area with focus on Distribution Centers (Warehouse Inventory and Transportation Management).10+ years of experience with SAP ECC (WMS, IM/MM, SD modules).10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning (MRP, Forecasting, APO, IBP).3-5 years of experience in SAP S/4 EWMHighly proficient in understanding and design of Supply Chain processes.Similar experience as architect in Warehouse Management, TMS and automation solutions like Pick to Voice, Warehouse Robotics automation, RF, etc.Experience working on SAFE Agile Development Methodology.

Additional Skills

Strong oral and written communication skills.Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies/certification is a plus.Design and Implementation of Digital solutions for Supply Chain.Understanding of different WMS solutions like Blue Yonder, SAP EWMS, etc.Mercury Gate TMS and ShipManager / Connectship Implementation/knowledge.Healthcare Experience.Experience implementing DSCSA for WMS.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology or Supply Chain or equivalent experience

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$145,700 - $242,900
