Our company is currently seeking a Lead Java Developer (contract) with Recent Technical Lead experience of implementation of a Workflow framework. The right candidate with model business processes and builds reusable workflow solutions by declaratively defining and programmatically enhancing workflow definitions. These workflow solutions will need to be deployed on a Weblogic / Oracle stack.
Candidates will need to demonstrate prior experience in this area and be able to articulate the business problem, the technical solution and constraints.
· Min 8+ years of software development experience working in Java / JEE, with solid/documented focus on JMS on a Weblogic / Oracle stack
· Experience developing and deploying Spring based enterprise solutions on Weblogic / Oracle stack.
· Experience working with embeddable workflow management engines
· Experience working in an Agile development environment.
· Experience in financial services gets priority.
