For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ _Rate: $75 - $90 / hr. w2_ **Responsibilities:** + Lead and mentor a team of Java developers. + Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot. + Utilize AWS services, including ECS, to deploy and manage applications in the cloud. + Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. + Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. + Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. + Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. + Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. **Experience Requirements:** + Proven experience as a Lead Java Developer. + Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. + Experience with AWS services, particularly ECS. + Familiarity with Jenkins for CI/CD and Terraform for infrastructure management. + Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication skills. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
