For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ _Rate: $80 - $95 / hr. w2_ **Responsibilities:** + **Vision and Strategy:** Collaborate with Platform Leaders to define and implement the vision for development pods. Ensure the ongoing delivery of value by maintaining a prioritized product roadmap and backlog. + **Product Leadership:** Lead and provide strategic direction for product management, development, and marketing processes. Develop and execute the strategic vision for the product or platform. + **Team Leadership:** Offer strong leadership support to pod-level team members, ensuring alignment across product backlogs. Provide day-to-day guidance and evaluate the impact of products against established scorecards. + **Risk Management:** Be accountable for all risks originating from services delivered, including remediation efforts. Manage issue escalations and track financials. + **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet client needs. Provide strategic direction for enterprise teams on cross-platform deliveries. + **Innovation and Agile Practices:** Promote agile ways of working, DevOps practices, and automated testing. Encourage innovative thinking and adaptability to change. **Experience Requirements:** **Required Skills:** + **Technical Expertise:** + Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular. + Strong understanding of full-stack development and architecture. + Experience with RESTful API design and implementation. + Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). + Knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle. + **Leadership and Management:** + Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams. + Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. + Experience in managing product direction, strategy, and execution plans. + **Agile and DevOps:** + Experience with agile methodologies and practices. + Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines. + **Communication and Collaboration:** + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. + Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
