Lead Java Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Java Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Core Java, Microservices, Spring boot & Angular. You will be responsible for developing maintaining and enhancing software applications that align with our company’s goals and objectives.

Location: Atlanta Georgia or Remote

**Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States*

Job duties & Required skills:

Responsible for designing and developing the micro services or SOAP/REST web services based on business requirements,

Ability to implement Micro-Services using SpringBoot

Deep background in Core Java, Design Patterns & Integration Patterns,

Responsible for contributing to architecture guidelines, standards and patterns,

Experience in working with continuous integration tools

Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects required.

Ability to work effectively with Customer business and project teams, management, and vendors with minimal supervision required.

Exposure to a broad range of project types, including new development, enhancements

responsible for high-level designs across the Digital and Marketing Technology domain, including:

ü Designing and developing user interfaces using Angular best practices.

ü Adapting interface for modern internet applications using the latest front-end technologies.

ü Writing web or hybrid applications with AngularJS or Angular using Typescript, CSS, SCSS/SASS, and HTML.

ü Making complex technical and design decisions for AngularJS projects.

ü Developing application codes and unit tests in Angular and consuming the REST/GraphQL API or Web Services.

ü Conducting performance tests, Consulting with the design team.

ü Ensuring high performance of applications and providing support.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 10/11/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 to $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
