Lead Java Full Stack Engineer with Azure Cloud

Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot and Java.
· Design and implement scalable applications on Azure AKS.
· Build multifaceted and adaptable user interfaces using Angular 10+.
· Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
· Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
· Identify and accurate bottlenecks and fix bugs.
· Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
· Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
· Work closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain innovative.
· Supply to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
· Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
Qualifications
· Possess strong experience in Spring Boot and Java.
· Demonstrate expertise in Azure AKS for deploying and leading applications.
· Have extensive knowledge of Angular 10+ for front-end development.
· Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
· Be capable of working in a hybrid work model.
· Display a dedication to continuous learning and improvement.
· Be able to work effectively in a day shift role.
· Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
· Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Demonstrate a strong understanding of software development standard processes.
· Have a track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time.

The annual salary for this position is between $81,337 to $141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
