What You'll Do

As a Lead Knowledge Analyst (LKA) within BCG's Tech & Digital Advantage Practice Area, you will work together with project and proposal teams to help BCG clients on conducting Tech transformations to build world-class Technology functions. This also includes, for example, defining the IT or Tech strategy, determining the collaboration and operating model for business, digital and technology, modeling the future IT/digital workforce/talent set-up, driving efficiency within the Tech function, or assessing the client’s tech performance across multiple dimensions.

 

Additionally, as an LKA you will drive development of intellectual property and knowledge assets to support the World Class Technology Function topic, serving as an active contributor to commercialization efforts, whilst working with business leaders to drive proposals & go-to-market efforts. You will contribute on cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights and help case teams create strong impact for BCG's clients. As an LKA, you may line manage a team of junior colleagues, taking responsibility for their goal setting, ongoing feedback and career development support.

What You'll Bring

3+ years consulting experience in relevant IT/Technology management and/or strategy required; candidates with consulting experience preferredIn lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience required; 6-10+ years of industry experience strongly preferredBachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)Fluency in EnglishOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment
