Overall Purpose: Responsible for designing, implementing, and/or evaluating innovative training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and professional growth in alignment with organizational goals.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Needs Assessment and Training Solutions: Conducting thorough assessments to identify training needs and employee performance improvement opportunities in alignment with business goals. Recommend and administer effective training plans to enhance business results.
• Design, Development, and Implementation of Learning Programs: Supporting the design, development, and execution of comprehensive training programs across various areas such as leadership development, change management, and team development. Ensuring consistency in content themes and managing the logistics of training delivery.
• Stakeholder Collaboration and Consultation: Acting as a liaison between client organizations, training vendors, and the L&D team. Providing expert consultation to client leadership on training priorities, budget considerations, and strategic decisions related to learning and development.
• Evaluation, Improvement, and Reporting: Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs using metrics and feedback. Continuously improving training content and delivery methods.
• Technology Integration and Support: Serving as a technical liaison between L&D, HR Tech, and third-party vendors. Supporting internal tools and collaborating with Frontline L&D Delivery resources to enhance training effectiveness.
Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership. Supervisor: No
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
Our Lead L&D Strategist earn between $94,300 - $141,500 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
