Lead Lab Associate - AE Men's

POSITION TITLE:  Lead Lab Associate – Men’s

REPORTS TO:  Sr. Lead Lab Associate – Men’s

STATUS:  Full Time

 

POSITION SUMMARY:  Responsible for assisting the Lab Management and Men’s Visual Merchandising team in all creative, documentation and operational aspects of the visual lab stores, including the building and maintenance of all floorsets and related projects, inventory control, development of associates and upholding all visual standards. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Train, develop and coach all PT lab associates on AE visual standards Manage and motivate all PT lab associate tasks to completion Check in newness for upcoming floorset as it arrives at the Lab Create and maintain sample racks in Mainline and Factory for all deviations Maintain organization and cleanliness in all lab stores and surrounding areas Partner with Stockroom team to maintain stockroom standards Understand each seasonal floorset assortment Build relationships with merchant business partners to ensure representation for each season Support the Sr. Lead and Men’s Visual Merchandising team in the initial physical build of each seasonal floorset, ensuring all locations meet AE visual standards Support the physical build of all conversion needs for each seasonal floorset Create necessary documentation for floorset communication each season, inclusive of the New Product List, Product Placement Guide across all store designs and Elements Wrap Up List Manage the floorset write up process Partner with Visual Production for all photography, inclusive of conversion needs Prep and manage all seasonal floorset tear downs Additional operational support as needed

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

High degree of proficiency in Google Workspace and Adobe Suite Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion or related field preferred Strong prioritization, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Strong collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team Self-motivated with critical attention to detail Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment Flexibility within work schedule, possibility of travel 2+ years retail or related experience preferred

 

PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION: Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
