About the Team:
Our team is responsible for the continuous improvement of the lean agile operating model and delivery teams to optimize the effectiveness of executing on agile principles and optimize execution of development delivery supporting digital needs for businesses such as AT&T Consumer. The team develops and tracks process performance measures, identifies, and implements process requirements, drives process improvements. Proactively identify and understand process improvement opportunities to design and implement better ways on how we work especially in lean portfolio process integration. Specifically focus on lean portfolio processes, tooling and represent CTX organization inworking with the broader enterprise to ensure processes align with lean agile processes,
develops and tracks process performance metrics to assess the efficacy and effectiveness of process improvement initiatives. Create and document guidance for ways of working and tooling that align with operating model transformation
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and understand process improvement opportunities to design and implement better ways on how we work especially in lean portfolio process integration.
Specifically focus on lean portfolio processes, tooling and time charging processes.
Enhance lean agile portfolio processes and represent CTX organization in working with the broader enterprise to ensure processes align with agile portfolio processes as well as the migration to full stack ADO.
Lead/facilitate change through gap analysis, consulting, and collaboration.
Define and implement process re-engineering framework including prioritization of friction points to address within product and scrum teams to provide greatest impact on results & culture.
Must have a thorough knowledge of the organization (budgets, processes, procedures, tools, applications, systems, etc.) coupled with a strong technical and business background to effectively sponsor and champion processes that support the organization.
Iterative refinement of agile operating model based on frequent retrospectives, focus groups.
Surveys to identify friction points which impact velocity & quality and adoption of new ways of working.
Continuous development & optimization of lean agile operating model including roles & responsibilities (function & form), process flows, tool utilization, training & communications.
Agile coaching and Adoption of process improvements: Drive adoption of agile practices across entire delivery organization to speed delivery of value to customers, business & stakeholders.
Develops and tracks process performance measures to ensure delivery of business value.
Job Contribution:
Expert level experience in managing improvement and transformations, tool changes, and Agile methodology (Tooling - ADO, Wiki and Share Point)
Experience in Lean Portfolio Process
Ability to challenge the “way it’s always been done”.
Policy exceptions and change management knowledge and experience desired
Experience with Jira tools and Planview
Experience in process engineering including Front Door workflow
Experience in Quality Management and Process Improvements
Self-starter requiring limited direction to be successful with a focus on relentless improvement and embrace a growth mindset
Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate in a fast-paced environment
Must possess both strong written and oral communication skills
Senior level technical expertise
Typically requires 5-10 years of experience
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science or
Engineering preferred.

Our Lead Lean Process Engineer, earns between $128,400.00-$192,600.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
