Job Description
Oversees the training program and ensures all deliverables are met. Provides guidances and oversight of team members. Meets with leadership to understand clients' needs, and develops solutions to meet those needs. Conducts multiple different training courses both in person and through webinars.
Job Responsibility
1.Develops and executes trainings plans for the design and development of instructor-led and Web-based training courses, including course materials, instructor guides, and reference guides and job aids.
2.Conducts multiple different training courses both in person and through webinars; implements a variety of teaching strategies to meet end-users needs.
3.Evaluates training programs; reviews project curriculum content and sequence across all disciplines. Updates classroom training modules as necessary; designs, develops and updates templates and tools to create materials. Distributes materials to training team.
4.Implements a variety of teaching strategies to meet end-users needs; guides projects to develop and update training programs training materials, reference guides and job aids.
5.Reviews project curriculum and sequence across work streams. Provides feedback, innovation and recommendations to training team to improve future training/processes.
6.Compiles and utilizes related material and supportive documents to enhance teaching sessions; maintains current documentation and updates from the project lifecycle.
7.Conducts training sessions with trainers and surveys to gather feedback to improve future training; makes recommendations for improvement to management.
8.Provides guidance to the training team as it relates to the priority of work.
9.Provides technical guidance to contractors and vendors.
10.Assists in all aspects of the logistics surrounding training; assists as a mentor to others to optimize training.
11.Operates under minimal guidance and work assignments involve complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Job Qualification
*Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
*5-7 years of relevant experience, required.
Preferred Skills:
+ Critical thinking
+ Ability to mentor team members
+ Previous experience overseeing credentialed trainers
+ Experienced L&D Nurses

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
The salary range for this position is $79,880-$136,340/year
