The Lead Learning Programs Facilitator, is responsible for facilitation and delivery of core corporate programs to team members of Corewell Health. The Lead works closely with the Manager and multiple stakeholders to ensure training programs are appropriately structured to satisfy a broad range of training audiences and requirements. The Lead builds strong relationships with key leaders from regional and functional groups and develops the Learning Programs facilitator team members while serving as a formal mentor.
Essential FunctionsFacilitate leadership development program as a leadership expert, based on previous experience and in alignment with Corewell Health culture and normsAble to effectively facilitate experiential leadership development training sessions for leaders at multiple organizational levels, including senior levelsDelivers/facilitates learning material to an audience through experiential and collaborative teaching methods to help individual contributors and people leaders to develop crucial job skills.Demonstrates senior level teaching/facilitation skills including personal mastery of program content, creating an interactive and collaborative learning environment, able to utilize own leadership experiences where necessary, and able to lead/manage interactive discussions and experiential components with ease while making appropriate connections to culture, strategy, and operational and business acumen processes.Collaborates with Learning colleagues and/or external vendors to assess, recommend, plan, deploy and iterate content/subject matter and design elements.Understands readiness targets, regulatory standards, and Corewell Health requirements to ensure all learning objectives are met and documented.Ensures that programs and processes align with Corewell Health’s strategic objectives and able to connect learning programs/learning points effectively during facilitation.May lead the work of colleagues to ensure overall program responsibilities and components are completed.Provides direction and support with various level business leaders on program specific learning strategy.Work with program management team to recommend modifications to keep course content current and to enhance programs, resources, and tools.Analyzes data to identify trends or challenges and develop recommendations or reporting to ensure the ability to meet program facilitation goals.QualificationsRequired
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Learning and Development or related field7 years of relevant experience Learner-centered and experiential facilitation or equivalent learning and development facilitation experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.2 years of relevant experience successfully utilizing technology to deliver or facilitate live or virtual training in an instructor-led environmentPreferred
