**Lead Level Commercial Electrician** **Job Description** We are seeking a Lead Level Journeyman Electrician to lead a team of electricians for commercial projects in San Diego. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial-level electrical work including installation, troubleshooting, and leading a team. **Responsibilities** + Lead and manage a team of 4-8 electricians on commercial projects. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Lay out jobs and ensure all electrical work is completed to code. + Install and bend conduit, pull wire, and install lighting fixtures, receptacles, and outlets. + Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure timely and accurate resolution. + Handle new construction and tenant improvement projects from start to finish. **Essential Skills** + 7-10 years of experience in the electrical trade. + Active Journeyman Electrician (JM) Card. + Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics. + Experience in leading and managing a small team. + Strong troubleshooting skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in both new construction and tenant improvement projects. + Excellent communication and leadership skills. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a stable and strong backlog of work and has been established for 45 years.
