**Description:** The Lead Lifeguard will support Recreation Supervisors and Recreation Managers in HyTides Waterpark at Hyatt Regency Indian Wells. Responsibilities include being a leader to all of the Lifeguard staff, having knowledge of pool regulations and procedures and keeping colleagues accountable for following such procedures, as well as maintaining a safe and clean pool environment. Other responsibilities may be assigned by management team. The pay rate for this position is $18.50 hourly.
